13. 1983-84 North Carolina Tar Heels

It seemed wrong to not include at least one other North Carolina team with Michael Jordan on the roster. But at 28-3, why are they ranked so low?

It has to do with the fact they under performed, not to mention they did not have James Worthy on this roster, which clearly made a difference. They were ousted in the second round of the NCAA Tournament and Jordan went for almost 20 points per contest.

The team was strong during the regular season, but couldn’t finish come postseason time.
