VCU over St. Mary’s

The Rams, who were one of the few teams to defeat the Blue Raiders this season, are built for an extended run in the 2017 NCAA Tournament. While St. Mary’s has been solid all season long in the WCC, they struggled against the physicality of Gonzaga and will do so once again against the Rams.

In fact, if it wasn’t for the popularity of last year’s giant-killers MTSU, I think VCU would be the clear favorite to be the 2017 NCAA Tournament’s Cinderella team.
