Kansas State

One of the many high-RPI teams that the Vols faced this season, Tennessee came away with a 70-58 victory over the Kansas State Wildcats in the SEC/Big 12 Challenge. Kansas State, who made it to the 2017 NCAA Tournament, were held to under 40% shooting and got into foul trouble early.

Freshman Grant Williams exploded this game, shooting 7-10 from the field for 17 points in a game that really showcased his shooting ability.
