Kelsey Plum, Washington

Kelsey Plum is the greatest scorer in NCAA women’s basketball history, statistically speaking. The 2017 Wooden Award winner is tough and a shot-maker. The 5’8 point guard can make shots from anywhere on the court and in a of variety ways.  She is very strong, makes others better, and finishes through contact. Additionally, she is an exceptional free throw shooter — Plum has made 912 career free throws at an 88.0% clip.

Plum, who set a single-season NCAA women’s basketball scoring record, averaged 31.7 points along with 5.2 rebounds and 4.8 assists. She shot 52.9% from the floor and 42.8% from beyond the arc. Plum’s highest scoring game came against in the regular season finale when pumped in a Pac-12 record 57 points in a win over Utah.

Plum won the majority of major awards this season including the Naismith Trophy and Nancy Lieberman Award.
