Mark Alstork

Former School: Wright State

Eligibility: Immediate for 2017-2018

Former Wright State Raider Mark Alstork is one of the best all-around guys transferring for one last run at the postseason. The Dayton native would fit in well with a young, unproven Iowa State squad.

Alstork measures up well with several departing Cyclones. He stands 6’5, 190-pounds, which would be very similar to both Naz Mitrou-Long and Matt Thomas. He scored 19.0 points, grabbed 4.7 rebounds, and dished 3.5 assists for a solid WSU team that finished fifth in the Horizon League. His shooting splits were a very good 40/85/39. Alstork has the versatility to thrive in coach Prohm’s system. He should also have a huge drive to reach the Big Dance in his final college campaign.

Alstork has multiple power schools after him including Michigan, Baylor, and Tennessee. The Wolverines are the best bet to land the Ohio product, but he would look much better in cardinal and gold.
