14. Bobby Hurley, Arizona State Sun Devils

Bobby Hurley was a phenomenal point guard with the Duke Blue Devils. He had a less distinguishable professional career. Hurley appeared in 269 games over five NBA seasons, where he averaged 3.8 points and 3.3 assists.

Hurley didn’t get into collegiate coaching until 2010 when he was hired by Wagner as an assistant coach under his brother, Dan. Then when Dan moved onto Rhode Island, Bobby went with him.

On March 23, 2013, Bobby Hurley was selected to replace Reggie Witherspoon as head coach of the Buffalo Bulls. Hurley posted a 19-10 record and recorded a MAC East division first place finish in his first season. The following season, Hurley led the Bulls to a 23-10 record and their first-ever NCAA Tournament bid.

The 45-year old was hired by Herb Sendek at Arizona State on April 9. He has won 15 games in his first two campaigns with the Sun Devils. Overall, Hurley possesses a 72-55 record.
