22. Dan Earl, VMI Keydets

Dan Earl played collegiality at Penn State. He then spent time oversees, in the CBA, and in the D-League.

Earl began his coaching career as an assistant coach at Penn State from 2006-2011. He then moved to Navy, serving as the associate head coach from 2011-2015. The 42-year old has spent the last two seasons as the head coach at VMI, posting a 15-45 record.
