Five-star Small Forward Kevin Knox (Tampa Catholic, FL)

247Sports Crystal Ball: Duke 75%; North Carolina 15%; Kentucky 10%

A trio of blue-bloods own a considerable lead for the nation’s No. 10 prospect. Along with Duke, Kentucky, and North Carolina, in-state Florida State and Missouri also hosted Knox on official trips. Knox’s visit to Columbia was less than a week ago (April 8). He was accompanied by the nation’s top prospect in Michael Porter (Missouri commit) and Blake Harris, who committed to Missouri during the visit.

PREDICTION: Duke
Confidence Level: 20 percent

This was undoubtedly the toughest prediction to make, as all schools involved pose fantastic pitches for Knox to come to their school. Even Florida State, who seems the least likely lander, just produced Jonathan Isaac, a potential top-10 pick in this year’s draft who plays small forward as well.

Missouri, too, is another school in the mix. The Tigers just recently landed the nation’s top prospect in Michael Porter Jr, who is allegedly recruiting Knox incredibly hard. A duo of Porter and Knox would be beyond lethal in college and is virtually unimaginable.

In short, the five remaining schools in Knox’s recruitment all have a great chance at landing Knox, unlike what the Crystal Ball reads. His recruitment is one of the toughest one’s to pin down.
