Marques Bolden – Duke

One of the most highly-anticipated players in the country, Marques Bolden was hampered by injuries his freshman season at Duke. While it should surprise no one he is returning for another season, I believe he would have been chosen by a team earlier than most think if he decided to declare.

Bolden could easily be a top five pick in the 2018 NBA Draft with even an average 2017-18 season.
