3. UNC vs. Duke

There is a reason Carolina vs. Duke is the best rivalry in sports. Separated by just eight miles and years of hatred, this game always lives up to its billing.

There is nothing better than beating Duke for Carolina fans. This game was a back and forth classic that resulted in a 90-83 victory for the Tar Heels. What will live on more than this win is Michael Jordan’s iconic halftime speech. Jordan was made fun of all across the Internet as much as the crying Jordan meme, but, hey, he turned it into a lucrative business opportunity, and he’s the greatest of all time so who really cares?
