2. Sacramento Kings

This seems like a great spot for Ball. He could become a star in Sacramento, and they desperately need one. The Kings are moving on from the DeMarcus Cousins ordeal and have moved toward a team that is full of young and unproven players.

Ball would benefit by playing with more veterans, but the Kings are looking for a fresh start and building their team around the point guard of the future may do the trick.

The Kings need a point guard and Ball wouldn’t feel any pressures as the team really has zero expectations at this point. It could be a win-win for both parties.
