Sacramento Kings

While the Sacramento Kings have good players, what the team really needs is a young player to pull the strings at point guard. Fultz fits this mold perfectly.

With Sacramento most likely not contending for the playoffs next season, Fultz would have time to develop without worrying about being a superstar now. Plus, it would be fun to watch him lob passes to Willie Cauley-Stein and Skal Labissiere.
