3. Sacramento Kings

The Kings need a lot of help. On top of the physical help they seek, they also need leadership. Jackson is 22 years old and would provide a veteran-like demeanor for a team full of young guys.

He would bring an immediate presence to the team in terms of offensive production, but the intangibles of a mature player like Jackson are things that the Kings should try and bring to their very young team.
