Chris Mack

Chris Mack’s name has popped up in coaching searches for a while now, and, although he has shown little interest in moving, he might be the best “attainable” option for the Buckeyes.

With Xavier, Mack has consistently recruited well and coached up teams decimated by injuries — the two things that Matta seemingly failed to do at Ohio State. While I doubt Mack leaves, there may not be a better coach in the shortlist for this job.
