Ryan Pedon

Currently an assistant coach for Butler, Ryan Pedon has a very real chance of being named the coach. Despite only being with the team since 2015, Pedon is someone who the program really respects and gives freedom to work on several different aspects of the program. He has been instrumental in recruiting and creating a more fire-powered offense in comparison to what Butler fans are accustomed to seeing.

With his influence in the recruiting game, his introduction as coach would help keep some of the recruits, if not all, that are currently signed as the program is showing loyalty to the guy who believed in them to play at Butler. Pedon will certainly still be a member of the coaching staff even if he is not the head man, but his influence on the program in just a couple of years might make an ideal candidate. He is a special assistant coach who helps out in all aspects of the program, on the court and off.
