Cleveland Cavaliers

Record in 2016-17: 51-31 (2nd in the Eastern Conference)

Draft picks: No current picks

Jonathan Givony Projections: No selections made

Lukas Harkins Projections: No selections made

Draft Outlook: Currently without any picks, Cleveland is probably going to stay that way. Although they entered the Playoffs as the two-seed this past season, they breezed through the Eastern Conference before losing in the NBA Finals to the Golden State Warriors. As long as they have LeBron James, they are going to be contenders, and adding a future piece of the puzzle through the draft does not fit very well with their veteran core. If the Cavaliers are going to be active on draft night, it could be in a three-team trade to add another star or starting caliber player that can help to get them over the Golden State Warriors in terms of title chances.
