9. Michigan Wolverines (9)

Overall No. 1 pick: Chris Webber

Other lottery picks: Nik Stauskas, Trey Burke, Jamal Crawford, Robert Traylor, Juwan Howard, Rumeal Robinson, Glen Rice, and Roy Tarpley

Webber is undoubtedly the best pro that Michigan has ever turned out. Webber was a five-time All-Star as well as a five-time All-NBA selection. He had his number retired by the Sacramento Kings but there is a slim chance he gets into the Hall of Fame per Basketball-Reference.

Crawford, Howard, and Rice had long distinguished careers. Rice was named to three All-Star games while Howard was chosen once. Crawford is still active but has not ever made an All-Star appearance. He is a three-time Sixth Man of the Year award recipient, however.

Tarpley had his NBA career cut short by drugs. Robinson was a bust, and Burke as well as Stauskas are trending that way.
