12. Penn State

Penn State returns its top seven scorers from last season, but last season’s team wasn’t very good. The Nittany Lions went 15-18 in 2016-2017, so don’t expect them to make too big of a jump next season.

13. Nebraska

Nebraska had a bad regular season, but an even worse offseason. Ed Morrow Jr., Michael Jacobson, and Jeriah Horne are all transferring. Nebraska’s leading scorer, Tai Webster, graduated. Tim Miles is seat is really hot already; he better hope and pray transfers Isaac Copeland and James Palmer Jr. work out.
