Florida Gators – SEC

One of the top programs in all of college sports, Florida is a great addition to the 2018 Battle 4 Atlantis. In addition, the Gators have a large fanbase and are the closest campus to the Bahamas in the tournament. In this century, Florida has two National Championships (2006 and 2007) under their belt in college hoops and made the Elite Eight in 2017.

During the 2018-19 season, star guard KeVaughn Allen will be the senior leader. As a sophomore this past season, Allen averaged 14.0 points per game and exploded for 35 points in their Sweet 16 victory over Wisconsin. In addition, Florida is bringing in the 19th ranked recruiting class in 2017 and they will be sophomores for the Battle 4 Atlantis.

Along with Kentucky, Florida is a dominating force in the SEC and they are almost always in the NCAA Tournament discussion. After missing the tournament in 2015 and 2016, head coach Mike White has the Gators trending up once again. Where will this team be in a season from now?
