Key Reserves

Jalen Hudson

The 6’6″ guard didn’t play last season per transfer rules. A former Virginia Tech Hokie, Hudson averaged 8.4 points per game in limited minutes. Depending on how White wants to go, Hudson could swap with Kovlechov at the three or become a sixth man himself.

Keith Stone

In 12 minutes a game, the 6’8″ forward only scored 3.6 points a night last season. With a more increased role as the first big off the bench, Stone plays solid defense and can sub for either big off the bench if needed.

Gorjok Gak

An incredibly raw big from Australia, Gak played minimal minutes during the regular season a year ago. In the first two rounds of the NCAA Tournament, however, he made a nice splash, including six points in ten minutes against Virginia. Expect an expanded role for the 6’10” center.

Chase Johnson

The four-star freshman is a change of pace from the other bigs on the roster as he’s a stretch forward. His ability to pick-and-pop will work well with the speedy Chiozza. The question will be whether his defense will warrant playing time.

Mike Okauru

The 6’3″ guard is a four-star prospect who might not get too much playing time with the veterans on the guard lines. He will be a name to look at for in the future, though.
