2385. Marquette has had an incredible up-and-down year. Despite taking losses in four of their last six games, the Golden Eagles are still on the right side of the bubble in our Bracketology. It definitely helps that the two wins during that stretch happened to be road victories over Seton Hall and Creighton. These two Quadrant 1 wins look excellent on Marquette’s team sheet but they still have work to do down the stretch. <p>Of all of the teams in the Big East, the Golden Eagles quite possibly have the easiest closing schedule. They are the only squad with matchups against each of Georgetown, DePaul, and St. John’s still yet to be played. Outside of those three, Marquette’s only other remaining game is at home against Creighton, who they just beat. Obviously, the health of <a target=. 15-11 (6-8).
