5. Joe Rosga – Denver

All three of his seasons at Denver have been quite fruitful. Now a junior, he is averaging 16 points and four rebounds per game. Not only that, Rosga is one of the most efficient guards in the Summit League. He shoots 49 percent from the field and also 44 percent from three-point range. Thanks to this solid contribution, the Pioneers are near the top of the conference standings. As you know, I think Denver has the best shot out of any to unseat South Dakota State in the conference tournament.

This is one of the common threads in the Summit League, outside of a few players, the conference has a plethora of talented underclassmen. Like Zach Jackson, Rosga falls into that category. Luckily, Denver has only two graduating seniors, so they are poised to be a contender again next season. Rosga will no doubt be leading the charge.
