1) Florida Gulf Coast vs. 8) USC Upstate

This won’t be much of a battle, with the Eagles winning both games by 16 and 17 points respectively. A Spartans win would be a gigantic upset.

Prediction: FGC 92 – USC Upstate 73

2) Lipscomb vs. 7) Stetson

The two games between these two in the regular season were both close, as the Hatters senior players always keeps them in it. Does Divine Myles have one last big game in him?

Prediction: Lipscomb 77 – Stetson 70

3) Jacksonville vs. 6) Kennesaw State

The Dolphins of Jacksonville are better than the team’s record shows, as they’ve were devastated by injuries in the non-conference. But they’re relatively healthy and looking to make a run.

They’ve split with Kennesaw State, who has a high of beating Florida Gulf Coast, and a low of losing to Stetson. The Owls have the potential to make some noise, thanks to an efficient stud.

Prediction: Jacksonville 75 – Kennesaw State 80

4) NJIT vs. 5) North Florida

This is a game between a couple of teams that have surprised folks, both positively and negatively. The Highlanders were one of the youngest teams in the Atlantic Sun, but have won some big games. These teams split their two meetings in the regular season, with the Osprey’s offense deciding the winner of each game.

Prediction: NJIT 92 – North Florida 95
