Teams 25-21

25. UCLA Bruins – Previous rank (26)

24. Buffalo Bulls – Previous rank (25)

23. Boston College Eagles – Previous rank (22)

22. Oregon Ducks – Previous rank (24)

21. Maryland Terrapins – Previous rank (21)

For Buffalo, the team’s business seems to be handled for next season, so they can rest easy. The same can’t be said for a few other teams on this list, whose fortunes ride on the decisions that will be made in the coming weeks.

For Boston College, both Ky Bowman and Jerome Robinson are still in. If they return, then the Eagles are in business for next season, as they’ll return over 90% of last year’s production.

UCLA has a similar situation on the perimeter, as both Jaylen Hands and Kris Wilkes could also possibly leave. Considering how young the Bruins will be in their main rotation, having as much experience return will be crucial.

Experience is something that Kevin Huerter of Maryland can bring to the team next season – if he decides to remain also. In the past few days, he has chosen to test the waters himself. Bruno Fernando also is in that same situation, so Terrapin fans will have to wait to see how the roster will look for next season.

There aren’t any more subtractions coming Oregon’s way, but there may be some more additions. The Ducks are a finalist for both top grad transfer Joe Cremo, as well as top-40 recruit for 2018 Brandon Williams. They get either one of those and they’ll shoot up the rankings.
