16. Phoenix (from Miami): Jalen Brunson, PG

The two-time national champion is now ready to take the next step and is a fairly safe first round pick. The Suns have cashed in on some risky first round picks in the past, but they would rather play it safe with a 21-year-old guard who may be the most experienced and mature first round pick.

Brunson is exactly what a guard should be, an equally talented scorer and distributor. This is exactly what the Suns need, as they have some talent especially on offense, but need a long term facilitator to put it all together.

15. Washington: Jontay Porter, PF/C

Porter has been elevating through the first round on many boards, and even though he wasn’t that much of a standout at Missouri, the center has NBA tools at the age of 18. Washington has shooting and skill offensively with John Wall and Bradley Beal but could use a presence down low.

Porter is 240 pounds and averaged over 11 rebounds per 40 minutes of action. At this point in the first round, he will be the best player with the most potential at the power forward and center position, matching him with the Wizards.
