Louisville

Starting Five: Russ Smith, Terrence Williams, Francisco Garcia, Reece Gaines, Montrezl Harrell

Bench: Peyton Siva, Taquan Dean, Luke Whitehead, David Padgett, Gorgui Dieng, Terry Rozier, Donovan Mitchell, Preston Knowles, Earl Clark, Samardo Samuels

MVP: Russ Smith’s junior and senior seasons at Louisville were the stuff of college legends. He was electric.

That starting lineup will score in droves.

Miami

Starting Five: Shane Larkin, Jack McClinton, Guillermo Diaz, Sheldon McClellan, Darius Rice

Bench: Kenny Kadji, John Salmons, James Jones, Robert Hite, Malcolm Grant, Rion Brown, Tonye Jeriki, Durand Scott

MVP: Larkin, who might be the best under-six foot player we have seen in a long time at the college level.

Considering Miami’s basketball program really only became nationally prominent around this time, it’s not a bad squad.

Next: Tubby Smith's Best Players

Check back later this week for part two of the ACC team’s best players of the century, including appearances from Tyler Hansbrough and Julius Hodge. And make sure to follow along throughout the summer for the continuation of this series.
