6. Rondae Hollis-Jefferson – Arizona Wildcats (2014-2015)

Career stats: 10.2 ppg 6.3 rpg 1.5 apg

An outstanding defender in his two seasons with Arizona, Hollis-Jefferson was on both the 2015 All-Pac 12 team as well as the All-Defensive squad. He wasn’t relied upon to score as much with other offensive options on the court, but his elite defense helped the Wildcats make back-to-back Elite Eight appearances.

5. Allonzo Trier – Arizona Wildcats (2016-2018)

Career stats: 16.8 ppg 3.7 rpg 2.4 apg

Arguably the best pure scorer and shooter Miller has ever had, Trier’s career has been marred with controversy and injuries. Twice he was suspended for having an illegal substance in his system, which affected him two different seasons. When he was on the court though, Trier could light it up, with 10 career games of at least 25 points.

4. TJ McConnell – Arizona Wildcats (2011-2015)

Career stats: 10.2 ppg 3.9 rpg 5.4 apg

After transferring in from Duquesne after two years, there were questions as to whether the increase in competition would expose the point guard. If anything, it made him better, averaging around 6.0 apg in his pair of seasons with the Wildcats. He led the Pac-12 in both assists and steals his senior season while leading Arizona to yet another Elite Eight game. McConnell turned out to be a five-star transfer pickup.
