2. Nassir Little, North Carolina

The North Carolina Tar Heels have reloaded with this year’s 2018 recruiting class. 6-foot-6 five-star prospect Nassir Little headlines a strong group of freshman. He’s another player with one-and-done written all over him.

Little took home this year’s MVP Award in the 2018 McDonald’s All-American Game, leading the West squad with a game-high 28 points in a 131-128 victory over the East.

Little is ranked the No. 2 overall prospect on Rivals, No. 3 overall by 247Sports  and No. 6 overall by ESPN. The five-star commit put on a show with his future head coach Roy Williams this past season, putting up 26 points and six rebounds in a dominant performance. He also faced off against Wake Forest commit Jaylen Hoard in the game.

Little is a terror both from behind the arc and on the break, two things the Tar Heels love to do. He is an explosive wing who can replace what Theo Pinson turned into by the time March arrived. In this case, Little’s arrival will be felt a little bit sooner.
