15. Isaiah Cousins – Oklahoma Sooners (2013-2016)

Career stats: 9.7 ppg 3.9 rpg 2.7 apg

A solid starter throughout his career, Cousins played a pivotal role in the Sooners’ Final Four run. He was already a good scorer and rebounder, but the 6’4 became a great passer as well, dishing out 4.5 apg his senior season.

14. Kevin Turner – Illinois Illini (1995-1998)

Career stats: 9.3 ppg 2.0 rpg 1.9 apg

An elite three-point shooter, Turner incrementally grew during his four years with the program. He averaged 17.7 ppg his senior year, leading the Illini to the NCAA Tournament.

13. Tre’Von Willis – UNLV Rebels (2007-2011)

Career stats: 12.3 ppg 3.5 rpg 3.0 apg

After transferring in from Memphis, Willis was part of Kruger’s last years at UNLV. He was a double-figure scorer all three seasons with the Rebels, including a career-best 17.2 ppg his junior year. They ended up making the Big Dance that year.

12. Andrew DeClercq – Florida Gators (1992-1995)

Career stats: 10.2 ppg 7.5 rpg 1.1 apg

As a junior, the 6’10 big man played a crucial role in the post in the Gators’ Final Four run in 1994, including a 16 point and 13 rebound effort in the Elite Eight win over Duke. DeClercq nearly averaged a double-double his senior year, solidifying himself as one of Florida’s best bigs in recent memory.

11. Kiwane Garris – Illinois Illini (1994-1997)

Career stats: 16.8 ppg 3.3 rpg 4.3 apg

For full disclosure, Garris was a great four-year star for Illinois Basketball, never scoring below 15.4 ppg in any given season. He only played for one year for Kruger, hence his lower ranking. Still, his senior season was one of the best for Kruger individually, averaging 19.4 ppg and 5.6 apg, ranked near the top of the Big Ten. Garris had a historical game in the NCAA Tournament, going for 27 points and 12 assists to beat USC in the Round of 64.
