3. Courtney Stockard, St. Bonaventure

St. Bonaventure Bonnies forward Courtney Stockard played unsung hero on their run to the NCAA Tournament this past season. The Bonnies improbable run to the tournament was still led by Atlantic 10 co-Conference Player of the Year senior guard Jaylen Adams. Adams played stellar as did Stockard as St. Bonaventure went to a 26-8 record last year.

Stockard put up 26 points on 9-of-20 (45 percent) shooting from the field back on March 13 against the UCLA Bruins as part of the First Four opening round. St. Bonaventure won the game 65-58 and advanced to the first round, where they fell to the Florida Gators a few days later, 77-62.

Stockard returns as the Bonnies returning leading scorer (13.3) after starting in 16 of the 31 appearances he made in 2017-18. He also averaged 6.3 rebounds, 2.2 assists and 1.4 steals per contest. His role should grow exponentially as a senior leader alongside LaDarien Griffin, co-Most Improved Player of the Year in the conference last season.
