2. Jermaine Harris, Rhode Island

Forward Jermaine Harris headlines the Rhode Island Rams recruiting class as one of their best recruits. He ranks 77th on Rivals, 79th on 247Sports and 90th in ESPN’s Class of 2018 Top 100. As one of their top prospects, his impact should be felt right away for the Rams.

Harris played all four years of his high school basketball at Rock Creek Christian Academy in Maryland. He was named All-Met Player of the Year after averaging 21.3 points and 11.4 rebounds per game as a senior. After waiting out the coaching change from head coach Dan Hurley, he leads a class of strong recruits.

The 6-foot-8 forward has skills on the inside and outside, bringing a versatile skill set to a team in need of replacements. On top of losing their head coach, they also have to replace their top two scorers from last year. Harris won’t be easy to stop in the paint next season, that’s for sure.
