3. Jackson Rowe, Cal State Fullerton

Cal State Fullerton Titans forward Jackson Rowe played a huge role on the interior during his sophomore season. After starting as a true freshman and earning Freshman of the Year in 2016-17, he picked up where he left off last season. In 2017-18, Rowe averaged 12.1 points, 6.7 rebounds, 1.6 assists and 1.0 blocks per contest in 31 starts for the Titans. He finished third in the conference in field goal percentage (58.1) on his way to honorable mention All-Conference honors.

The Titans made an improbable run through the Big West Conference tournament, securing an automatic bid in the NCAA Tournament on their way. Rowe registered 16 points and 11 rebounds in a 55-52 victory over the UC Davis Aggies in the conference semifinals.

Rowe will be a big threat in the three-headed monster attack of him and senior guards Kyle Allman Jr. and Khalil Ahmad. The 6-foot-7 forward recorded just four double-doubles last year but as the odds have risen, expect his production to do the same in his junior season.
