Wilkenson Isnord

Wilkenson Isnord is one player that has had quite the summer with Team Breakdown (FL) on the Under Armour circuit. Isnord is a 6-foot-8 forward that has tons of athleticism and ability around the rim. He’s a guy who has one of the unlimited motors and has shown the ability to play on both ends.

Virginia Tech is one of four Division 1 programs in hot pursuit of Isnord at the moment. He’s generated some interest from ACC foe, Boston College, but the Hokies are the only team in the conference to offer him.

With the departures of Kerry Blackshear Jr. and Ty Outlaw looming after the 2018-19 season, the Virginia Tech Hokies could really use a guy like Wilkenson Isnord in the frontcourt. 6-foot-10 sophomore forward Khadim Sy has potential if he can remain on the court and out of the dog house as well. Without Isnord, the frontcourt is bare of much other than former walk-on forward Nick Fullard.
