9. Jared Rhoden, Seton Hall

Guard | 6-foot-6 | 190 lbs | No. 197 overall

It is no secret that Seton Hall lost a ton of talent this offseason. The program had to wave goodbye to four incredible graduating seniors, each of whom brought a little something different to the table. In their absence, the Pirates will rely heavily on junior Myles Powell as well as transfers Taurean Thompson and Quincy McKnight. However, this trio cannot make a push back to the NCAA Tournament alone. Depth is important in college basketball and Seton Hall will need at least one or two more players to step up and provide high-quality minutes.

A member of the 2018 recruiting class, Jared Rhoden might be capable of sliding into the rotation right away due to his size and scoring. A wing player in every sense, the 6-foot-6 Rhoden is one of the smoothest shooters in this recruiting class. He has range out to well beyond the 3-point arc and is comfortable rising up through apparent traffic for jumpers. A marksman in catch-and-shoot situations, Rhoden is also capable of putting the ball on the deck and navigating his way to the basket.

He is a score-first wing and that might be exactly what the Pirates need this season. The team lost a lot of firepower offensively this offseason and Rhoden could be part of the remedy on that end of the floor. At least, Seton Hall fans will hope he is.
