Recruits

The North Carolina Tar Heels have two five-star recruits in guard Coby White and forward Nassir Little. They could be called thunder and lightning with how they play.

Coby White is a fast shifty combo guard out of Wilson, North Carolina. He has the ability to change the pace of the game and plays high uptempo.

He also can come down the court and pull up from 3-point range. He will be a tough cover with his speed and agility. His size at the guard position will also cause fits for a smaller guard combined with his superior handles.

Nassir Little is the player you want to go to when you want to impose your will on opponents. He has the ability to dunk on you or through you.

A McDonald’s All American, he also has a soft touch with his jumper and can handle the ball adequate enough for a three position player.

The last player is Rechon Black. He is a four-star point guard out of Concord, North Carolina. His game is smooth and that helps him make good decisions. His ability to play fast or slow is a good skill to have at the point guard position.

He has the ability to weave through defenders and that shows his patience. He has a knack for making tough shots. He can make the three and two off the dribble or spot up and it doesn’t hurt that he can do all this at 6’7.

Both Black and White should be called upon to try to replace what Berry was able to give the Tar Heels for the years he was there.
