2. Auburn Tigers

Commits – 3: Okoro (31), Akingbola (155), Flanigan (251)

Current Rank: No. 4 overall class

With head coach Bruce Pearl at the helm of the program, Auburn basketball has quickly emerged as one of the top teams in the SEC both on the court and on the recruiting trail. Although the Tigers did not bring in any recruits from the 2018 class (not necessary), they have caught fire early on the 2019 circuit, coming up with three commits already, including one ranked in the nation’s top-50.

Isaac Okoro is the top-rated recruit in the Auburn class at this point and he could be the building block of an elite recruiting class. Ranked as the No. 31 overall recruit and the best small forward in the class, Okoro is seen as a potential college star. He is already extremely well-built for a high school player at his size and his athleticism/skill level is hard to match. Even though Okoro is not a great shooter at this point in time, he still has all of the tools to be a star.

However, Okoro is far from the only 2019 commit for the Tigers. In fact, big man Babatunde Akingbola and wing Allen Flanigan are also joining the team. These players, although not as highly rated as Okoro, are solid additions for the future of the program given how they fit future positional needs.

2018 AAU Circuit Stats
