6. Kaden Archie, TCU

Head coach Jamie Dixon has things headed in a positive direction for the TCU Horned Frogs n 2018-19. He led TCU to it’s first NCAA Tournament appearance since the 1997-98 season. Now, he boasts sixth-best recruiting class in the Big 12.

6-foot-6 forward Kaden Archie leads this year’s class of four signees. Archie is a four-star prospect ranked 89th in the 2018 recruiting class. A native of Midlothian, Texas, Archie is the highest-rated recruit from the area ever. He blew up this past cycle, earning a nice number of offers but ultimately picked the Horned Frogs over Kansas, Texas and SMU.

Archie averaged 18.2 points, 6.4 rebounds, 2.5 assists and 1.1 steals per game as a senior, leading Midlothian to its first-ever state tournament appearance this past season. He has the athleticism and ability to make an impact as a freshman on the Horned Frogs roster in 2018-19. As the No. 3 player in the state, Dixon is headed in the right direction with the acquisition of Kaden Archie.
