Why You Should Know King

King is a flashy player, who also happens to be under 6” tall. Standing at 5’10” he is also the smallest player to be featured in this series. The guard does everything for the Red Flash and has shown he has the capability to be far and away the best player in this conference. King is also part of the best one-two punch in the conference. Forward Keith Braxton teamed with the guard make up a formidable duo that makes the Red Flash go.

King is the type of scorer who can beat you from all three levels. Even though he is smaller in stature, his speed and athleticism enable him to blow by his defenders to get easy baskets at the rim. He is a good three-point shooter as he was able to rain in 34% of his attempts. Over half of his made baskets came from inside the three-point arc.

King is great at getting fouled, as the senior accounted for almost ¼ of his points from the free throw line. In the 147 attempts, King took from the line he made 120 of them. His ability to make his free throws takes a lot of pressure off coach Krimmel. In the end of game situations, the Red Flash can count on King to make his free throws to seal a win.

The senior utilizes his speed to affect the game in other ways besides scoring. Acting as the Red Flash point guard, King averaged about 3 assists per game to along with his 3 rebounds per game. His ability to get other players involved makes it hard for opposing teams to key on only him or Braxton. The senior has the athleticism to haul in a few rebounds even despite his size.  The Red Flash and King are going to be a force in the Northeast conference.
