Key Reserves

Samuel Dingba

Samuel Dingba, being a redshirt senior is gonna be asked to have a big role on this team. It’s possible he’ll start some games but the majority of his playing time will be off the bench.

He played 7.6 minutes per game in the 17 games he played in last year. After transferring over from Quinnipiac he didn’t have a big role. Expect that to change for this season

RA Kpedi

RA Kpedi is one of the few guys on this team with any size. That could be a big reason that he gets much playing time. He’s got a shot to start over Ryan Davis.

Kpedi played in just 12 games last season averaging just 7.3 minutes per game. He averaged 2.1 points and 1.8 rebounds per game.

Ben Shungu

Ben Shungu didn’t have much of an impact last year but he did play in 22 games. He averaged just 1.1 points and 1 rebound per game.

With so many guys leaving his role with certainly increase. He will need to make more of an impact when he’s out on the floor this season.

Robin Duncan

The freshman guard Robin Duncan is the third Duncan brother on this team. He’s not gonna have a big role on the team this season but with so many inexperienced guys getting minutes they could go with a guy who fits in with a couple of the starters.

Robin had offers to play elsewhere but he decided to come to Vermont for more reasons than to just play with his brothers. He wanted to come in and compete for an NCAA tournament berth.
