Key reserves

Darius Days
Days, another freshman, will likely be the third big in LSU’s rotation but is a starting-caliber player. A gifted scorer who can fill it up from anywhere, Days will be the bench unit’s go-to offensive threat.

Daryl Edwards
Edwards averaged 22 minutes per game a year ago and should see a similar role in 2018-19. He’ll be a spot starter and a senior who brings needed leadership. Edwards averaged over one three per game a year ago and will mostly be used for that shooting ability.

Marlon Taylor
Taylor, the No. 7 JUCO prospect in the country, will add size and versatility to the wing for the Tigers. The 6-6, 210-pounder nearly averaged a double-double for Panola College a year ago (17.0 ppg, 9.5 rpg).

Kavell Bigby-Williams
The Oregon transfer will add depth to the big man rotation with more size (6-11) than anyone else on the roster. He’s also a solid rim protector, as he blocked 28 shots during the 2016-17 season for the Ducks.

Danya Kingsby
Another JUCO transfer (College of Southern Idaho), Kingsby adds backcourt depth and another quick athlete. He’ll have a minimal role but is a quality playmaker (3.7 apg) and three-point shooter (38.2 percent from deep).
