The Need for Patience

This one isn’t an issue — or a fix — but more of a mantra. For players, coaches, and fans alike. Patience. Deep breaths. David Cox is a good coach. Rhode Island has talented players. Trust that they will figure it out. Give them time to do so.

Easier said than done, right? Especially for Rhody fans who have seen an insane amount of success over the past two seasons. We’re just starting to get used to the whole ‘going to the NCAA Tournament’ thing. And to reset to a young and up-and-coming team is… different.

The goal this year is different, but it’s still going to be fun to watch. The Rams will look to keep improving, secure the best possible seed heading into the A-10 Tournament in Brooklyn, and try to cut down the nets once again.
