21. Ole Miss Rebels

Record: 14-3 (4-1 SEC)

Last Week: No. 20

Ole Miss might have lost its first home game of the year during this past week (to LSU) but there is no reason to panic. The Rebels have clearly been among the most surprising teams in the nation so far this year and their strong play should continue throughout the rest of SEC play. Even with their recent loss, it is important to mention that the team has still won 1 11 of its last 12 games with a couple of relatively favorable matchups approaching.

The magic that Kermit Davis has worked with this roster is truly incredible and his players are responding well to his teachings. Most notably, upperclassmen Breein Tyree (17.5 points, 3.1 assists) and Terence Davis (16.2 points, 6.1 rebounds, 3.7 assists) are emerging as two of the best guards in the nation. They shoot the ball well from deep, finish around the rim, and are fairly solid free throw shooters as well.

As a team, the Rebels are one of the most efficient offenses in the nation. They record their fair share of offensive rebounds and finish well from just about anywhere on the floor. Ole Miss ranks in the top-60 nationally in eFG%, 3P%, 2P%, FT%, and Off. Reb. %.
