Team to watch: Kentucky Wildcats

Here comes Kentucky. Now rated as a top-10 team in the country by most experts, the Wildcats have risen significantly in recent weeks due to their six-game winning streak. Head coach John Calipari’s has taken down three consecutive KenPom top-30 teams and there is no reason to believe that they will not continue to rise. It certainly seems as though the ‘Cats have turned the corner and they could compete with Tennessee for the SEC title. This is a very dangerous team now that they are clicking.

Bubblicious squad to note: Indiana Hoosiers

Indiana is in desperate need of snagging a win. After starting the season at 12-2, the Hoosiers were looking like a Big Ten contender and a sure-fire NCAA Tournament team. Now, though, they have dropped six consecutive games and are in danger of falling out of the projected field. With two very difficult tests approaching in the form of road matchups with Rutgers and Michigan State, the Hoosiers are in a tough spot. They need to find a way to win a game or they will fall out of the field.
