14. Georgia Tech Yellow Jackets

The Georgia Tech Yellow Jackets and Josh Pastner are another team that needs to turn things around this upcoming season or things could be gloomy for Pastner’s future. The Yellow Jackets went 14-18 in 2018-19, 6-12 in ACC play, winning just one more game than the year prior.

To make matters worse, sophomore guard Curtis Haywood II announced his decision to transfer following the conclusion of the season. On the bright side, Georgia Tech got the first commitment of their 2019 class this past week with 6-foot-5 shooting guard Asanti Price. With two more spots left to fill, they need to make some noise on the recruiting trail.

Jose Alvarado had another productive season as a sophomore as did junior James Banks II and freshman Michael Devoe. They were a solid defensive team but left a lot to be desired on the offensive end.

If they can improve things with a few more additions in recruiting, Pastner’s seat could cool off a bit. For now, he should be working hard to keep it that way.
