Targets

The Yellow Jackets have two scholarships left to fill in their 2019 recruiting class. They have a few needs to fill given their youth, but it’s unknown if they can nab an immediate impact player late in the cycle.

A few notable targets out there mulling offers are Niven Glover, Marvin Price and Issa Muhammad. With the April 15 signing date approaching, things will certainly start to heat up for them.

Niven Glover is a 6-foot-5 shooting guard currently mulling between Georgia and Georgia Tech. With a heavy class of talent incoming for the Bulldogs, the Yellow Jackets could get lucky with a pledge from Glover.

Marvin Price is a big wing prospect at 6-foot-5 and 195-pounds that can score on all three levels and take over the game with his strength and intelligence with the ball in his hands. He currently holds offers from Georgia Tech, Rutgers and Maryland.

It’s possible to miss on Price and Glover, but missing on Issa Muhammad could really hurt the Yellow Jackets frontcourt in 2019-20. Muhammad is a native of the state of Georgia and though he’s yet to decide on a school, it would be tough to lose him to another state, especially an ACC foe.
