No. 5 – Duke

I have Duke higher than Kansas due to their potential in the NBA right now. They do have some very good players prior to the current NBA in Grant Hill, Carlos Boozer, Correy Maggette, and Elton Brand. But, most of their future stars are in the NBA right now. Plus, while we do not know what Zion will be he looks like he could be a future star in the NBA.

Right now I will give a list of players that are still getting better – Jayson Tatum, Brandon Ingram, Marvin Bagley III, Wendell Carter Jr., and headlining the entire crop is Kyrie Irving. The potential of all of those players is something not many schools have, nor could they even fathom thinking about. They are a school that before wanted to just win and they were happy being boring in doing so. But, now they are bringing in more electric players and turning them into NBA future stars.

Duke will create NBA caliber players as long as they want because of the history of the university, and it is always nice to say to someone we are the school of Kyrie and Coach K is our coach, who can top that pitch?
