1. Anthony Edwards, Georgia Bulldogs

Anthony Edwards is set to change the trajectory of the Georgia Bulldogs program, much like he did for himself in the 2019 recruiting class. Originally a member of the 2020 class, Edwards announced his intentions of reclassing into 2019 this past November while enrolled at Holy Spirit Prep (GA).

While it was a shock to many, it only strengthened Edwards’ case as the top player in this year’s class as he ran through the competition. He’s a player that can score on all three levels and when he’s driving to the hole, defenders may get out of his way before they take a charge.

He averaged 25.2 points, 9.6 rebounds, 2.5 assists and 1.3 steals per game as one of the most dynamic players with the ball in his hands this season.

He chose the Bulldogs over Florida State, Kansas, Kentucky and North Carolina, teams with a knack for the NCAA Tournament to create his own path for himself. With some weapons alongside him, Edwards will be one to watch in the red and black this season for the Georgia Bulldogs.
