12. Jaylen Forbes, Alabama Crimson Tide

Jalyen Forbes is a prospect that chose to go the SEC route, picking the Alabama Crimson Tide over the likes of Kansas State, Murray State and Southern Miss. At 6-foot-5 and 190 pounds, he ranked 97th overall in the final rankings of the 2019 class.

Forbes poses a threat as a player that can get to the basket whenever he wants and create tough baskets through traffic. He’s got a nice wingspan for a player of his caliber and while at Florence High School (MS) this past season, he put up 23.0 points, 9.1 rebounds, 2.4 assists and 1.8 steals per game.

He led his team to a record of 25-7 record on the season. They made it all the way to the state 4A title game where they upset by Raymond High School. He’ll be ready to contribute on a bigger stage this upcoming season in the SEC with the Crimson Tide.
