Noah Kamba – Lynn, MA

PG | 6 – Foot – 2 | 170lb | No. 42 PG

The only ranked player out of this recruiting class is another point guard. Noah Kamba, a three-star recruit out of Massachusetts, had an impressive offer sheet that included Kansas State, UCONN, and Boston University. He is versatile, shifty, and really quick. He probably lacks in athleticism, but he is a hard player to guard due to his dribbling and speed. Not to mention you don’t know if he is going to drive for a floater, pull up a jumper, or dish a crafty pass to a teammate.

Just a quick look at his game shows you that he knows how to dish the ball. He is a pass-first guard, and while he is a skinny player, he has broad shoulders that show he could probably bulk up, helping his game. In his senior year, he averaged 16 points and 13 assists a game! He knows when to go for his own basket and when to throw out a pass to the wing for an open three.

Kamba is able to make his teammates better and is a good centerpiece to this recruiting class. He is also going to be the only player on the roster from north of the Mason-Dixon Line. While it is a rather guard heavy class, Chico Carter Jr is more of a scoring guard rather than a pass-first guard, and Jason Holliday is going to play off the ball more than he will play with the ball in his hands. Matt McMahon is going to be very happy with this class and should continue the success from the last two years.
