1. Who was the second biggest team winner from the 2019 recruiting class?

It’s clear that the biggest winner (team-wise) was the Memphis Tigers, a middle-tier program in the AAC who landed the No. 1 overall class. Who knows if Penny Hardaway and company can replicate that kind of success for the 2020 class but for now they’re the recruiting kings. So if they’re the top dog, who is the next biggest overall winner?

Mauro

North Carolina. They lost both of their point guards and had to replace with someone, so why not arguably the best one in Cole Anthony? UNC had needed frontcourt help for a while and now with Armando Bacot they get a dominant player who team nicely with Anthony.

Harkins

Arizona. The Wildcats needed an elite recruiting class to gain more momentum heading into this coming season and Coach Miller was able to get it done. Josh Green and Nico Mannion will make for a fun duo and Zeke Nnaji has a ton of potential. As a result of these recruiting wins, Arizona should be projected as one of the top teams in the Pac-12.

Wilkerson

Mike White has put together an impressive haul at Florida. His consensus top 10 class is highlighted by a pair of electric 5-star talents in Scottie Lewis and Tre Mann, both of whom I am very high on. The Gators will be one of the favorites in the SEC and a trendy pick to advance deep in the NCAA Tournament. While the Gators have some pieces already in place as well as the addition of Kerry Blackshear Jr, Lewis and Mann take their offensive potential to another level.
